Sawi Putih Cah Tahu Kuning

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr Chinese cabbage
150 tahu kuning
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 onion
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
1 spring onion
100 ml of water / broth
1 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the cabbage into pieces, the tahu into cubes and the garlic and the onion into thin slices. Cut the spring onion into pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Then add the tahu and fry the tahu golden brown. Then add the cabbage, the fish sauce, the kecap, the salt, the pepper, and the sugar and mix well. Then add the water and the spring onion and cook gently until done.
