100 gr cooked shrimp
2 tbsp kecap manis (sweet dark soy sauce)
2 tbsp oil
1 leek
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
4 cloves garlic
3 red lomboks (larege chilies)
2 tsp trassi udang (shrimp paste)
1 tsp salt
Cara membuat;
preperation/method:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Slice he leek very fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumu for 2 minutes. Add the meat and the shrimp. Then add the rice and the kecap and fry it. Then mix in when its hot the leek and fry for 1 minute and then serve.
