stir-fry of haricot verts with minced meat
250 g haricot verts / snake beans
100 g mince beef
4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp kecap asin
1 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
3 spring onion
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp of oil
Finely chop the shallots and garlic. Cut the spring onion into 2 cm pieces. Cut the beans into 3 cm pieces.
Heat in a pan the oil together with the sesame oil and fry the shallots and the garlic for 3 minutes. Then add the mince and fry it while stirring until done.
Then add the beans, the pepper, the palm sugar and the kecaps and fry the beans for 3 minutes while stirring.
Then add the spring onion and fry it for 1 minute and serve.
