250 gr peeled shrimps
175 gr tapioca flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the shrimps into a smoot paste. Mix the past with the flour, the salt and the pepper to form a stiff dough. Divide the dough in 3 portions and form an roll of the dough. Steam the rolls for 40-50 minutes and let it cool down. Slice the dough in very thin slices and let the slice dry out completely. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the slices golden brown.
