salted fish with eggs in spicy sauce
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
100 gr of salted fish
2 duck eggs
3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
5 cm kunyit
450 ml coconut milk (of 1/2 coconut)
1 red lomboks
2 green lomboks
4 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
2 belimbing wuluh

Cut the fish into pieces. Cut the shallots, garlic and belimbing into thin slices. Halve the lomboks and grate the kunyit.
Heat the coconut milk in a pan together with the kunyit, the lomboks, the laos and the sereh and bring to the boil. Then add the fish, salt and palm sugar and cook until the fish is done. Then when the sauce boils, add the eggs one by one and do not stir until the eggs have solidified. Serve.
