In fact originally from the Bango website which has many original recipes on it.
Strange. The same recipe appears here from 2015: pretty much word for word, I thought you stated that all your recipes are original and not taken from other blogs on the web?

Garih Betanak
salted fish with eggs in spicy sauce

100 gr of salted fish
2 duck eggs
3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
5 cm kunyit
450 ml coconut milk (of 1/2 coconut)
1 red lomboks
2 green lomboks
4 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
2 belimbing wuluh

Cara membuat:
Cut the fish into pieces. Cut the shallots, garlic and belimbing into thin slices. Halve the lomboks and grate the kunyit.
Heat the coconut milk in a pan together with the kunyit, the lomboks, the laos and the sereh and bring to the boil. Then add the fish, salt and palm sugar and cook until the fish is done. Then when the sauce boils, add the eggs one by one and do not stir until the eggs have solidified. Serve.
