Steamed vegetables with peanut sauce from Indramayu 

200 gr snake beans
200 gr kangkung
200 gr cabbage
200 gr tauge/bean sprouts
1 block tahu/tofu
Bumbu Kancang:
Ingredients peanut sauce:
300 gr peanuts
3 cloves of garlic
4 red lomboks
3 red rawits / bird's eye
3 cm kencur / bitterroot
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp of palm sugar
2 tbsp of asamwater (tamarind dissolved in water)
400 ml warm water
Cara Membuat:
Cut the tahu into cubes. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the tahu golden brown and set aside. Cut the snake beans, the kangkung, the cabbage into pieces. Steam or cook the vegetables and drain. Mix the vegetables with the tahu and spoon the peanut sauce on top.
Sauce kacang:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the sauce fine into a paste. Then mix the paste with the water and the asamwater and mix well to form a sauce.
