Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr beef
1 lemon grass, crushed
2 tsp asem (tamarind)
500 ml water
3 salam leaves
salt to taste
5 tbsp oil
Haluskan;
bumbu:
1 tbsp coriander seeds
6 shallots
4 cloves garlic
4 cm laos (galangal)
1 tbsp palmsugar
Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Cut the meat in thin strips. Pound the ingredients for the bumbu intot a paste. Heat in a wok the water and stir in the asem. Then add the meat, the paste, the leon grass, the salam and the salt and let it simmer for 60 minuten until the liquid has evaporated. Heat in a skillet the oil and fry the meat in 5 minutes golden brown and done.
