Tumis Udang Sayuran
fried shrimps/prawns with mixed vegetables

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
350 gr shrimp/prawns
100 gr carrot
100 gr snow peas or peas
150 g broccoli
100 gr corn
1 shallot
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp salt
150ml water
1 tsp cornflour + 1 tbsp water
1 tbsp oil

Ccara membuat:
preparation:
Clean and peel the shrimp. Cut the carrot into thin slices. Cut the shallot and garlic into thin slices. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallot and garlic for 2 minutes. Then add the shrimp/prawns and fry them until they change color. Then add the carrot, snow peas, corn and broccoli and fry until soft.
Then add the salt and fish sauce and mix well. Then add the water and bring to a boil. Then mix in the cornstarch solution and cook until done.
