spicy fried tempe
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr tempe (bean curd with nuts)
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp asem / tamarinde
100 gr palmsugar
8 red lomboks (large chilies)
5 cm laos (galangal), crushed
3 salam leaves
salt to taste
100 ml water
100 gr bawang goreng (fried onion)

Cut the temp into small pieces, the garlic fine and the lombos in large slices. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the tempe golden brown and drain. Heat in a wok 3 tbsp of oil and fry the lomboks and the garlic golden brown. Thena add the asem, the salam, the palmsugar, the salt and the water. When the palmsugar has melted add the tempe and the bawaong goreng and serve.
