stir-fry of paksoy with oyster mushrooms

150 grams of paksoy
4 oyster mushrooms
2 chicken sausages
4 cloves of garlic
3 shallots
1 cm jahe
3 red lomboks, seeded
1 tomato
1 spring onion
1 teaspoon kecap asin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon of palm sugar
100 ml of water
2 tablespoons of oil

Cara Membuat:
Cut the paksoy into pieces, the oyster mushrooms into strips, the sausages into thick slices, the garlic and the shallots into thin slices, the tomato into cubes, the lomboks into rings and the spring onion fine.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic, the shallots and the jahe for 2 minutes. Then add the lomboks, tomato and spring onion and fry until soft. Then add the sausage, the oyster mushrooms and the paksoy and mix well. Then add the kecap, salt, pepper, palm sugar and water and fry until done.
