seasoned shrimps/prawns

500 gr large shrimp /tiger prawns
100 ml of water
2 tbsp asam water
2 tbsp oil

3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp ketumbar
5 kemiri nuts

Cara membuat:
Clean the shrimp. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the shrimp with the bumbu and the water in a pan and cook until the shrimp are done and the moisture evaporates. The shrimp also change colour. Then mix in the oil and serve.
