Kentang dan bayam bumbu kunyit
Spicy Potatoes with Spinach
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
200g potatoes
1/2 bunch bayam / spinach (75g)
2 red chilies
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
400ml coconut milk
1 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 cloves garlic
3 shallots
3 cm kunyit
2 candlenuts
1/2 tsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp pepper
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and chop the chilies coarsely. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with chilies for 3 minutes. Add the potatoes, salt, palm sugar and coconut milk and cook slowly until the potatoes are almost cooked. Add the bayam and cook until done and serve.
