Iga bakar madu lemon
Grilled rack of lamb with honey-lemon marinade

750 g rack of lamb
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
3 cm jahe
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp lemon zest
4 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp butter
1000 ml water
Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into pieces. Chop the onion and garlic finely and grate the jahe. Heat in a pan the butter and fry the onion, the garlic and the jahe for 3 minutes. Add the meat and fry until the color changes. Add the honey, kecap, salt, pepper, palm sugar and lemon zest and mix well. Add the water and cook until the meat is tender. Mix in the lemon juice. Then grill the meat slowly over a charcoal fire until it becomes brown.
