Tahu Tumis Kecap
fried tahu/tofu in spicy kecap sauce

3 blocks tahu/tofu
3 green large chilies
7 red rawits (small chillies)
6 shallots
2 white onions
5 cm laos (galangal), chrushed
1 lemongrass, chrushed
2 tbsp kecap manis (sweet dark soy sauce)
salt to taste
100 ml water

Cara membuat:
Cut the tahu in cubes. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the tahu golden brown and put in on a plate. Pour out the oil but leave 3 tbsp behind. Slice the shallots and the onions fine and the laos in pieces. Halve the rawits and cut the chilies in large pieces. Heat the oil and fry the shallots, the onions, the lemongrass and the laos for 3 minutes. Add the kecap, the water, the salt and the water and let it simmer slowly until nearly all the liquid has evaporated, then serve.
