Seasoned and fragrant beef
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
500 gr beef
3 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp asam / tamarind dissolved in 1 tablespoon of water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp palm sugar
2 cm jahe
500 ml of water
3 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
7 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 cm laos
2 tsp ketumbar, roasted
1/2 tsp anise, roasted
1/2 tsp pepper
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the meat with the bumbu and the kecap. Heat in a pan the water with the meat, salt, palm sugar and jahe and cook it slowly until done. Then mix in the oil and serve.
