Tumis Jamur Merang Cabe Ijo
fried mushrooms with green peppers

250 gr mushrooms
75 gr chinese/napa cabbage
1/4 tsp palm sugar
1/4 tsp of pepper
1 spring onion
2 green tomatoes
1 salam leaf
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp of sauce
100 ml of water
2 tbsp oil

6 green lomboks
2 shallots

Cara Membuat:
Cut the mushrooms in half, the cabbage into pieces, the tomatoes into pieces, the spring onions into pieces and pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu and the salam for 3 minutes. Then add the mushrooms, the cabbage and the tomatoes and mix well. Then add the salt, the palm sugar, the pepper, the fishsauce and the water and cook it slowly until done. Then spoon in the spring onion and serve.
