250 g egg noodles, cooked
2 eggs
6 tbsp corned beef
7 cloves of garlic
50 ml chicken stock
6 tbsp breadcrumbs

Preparation:
Finely chop the garlic. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the garlic for 2 minutes. Then mash it. Beat the eggs.
Mix the noodles with the eggs, the corned beef, the garlic, and the stock to form a homogeneous mass, then roll it into medium-sized ovals. Roll the rolls in the breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls until golden brown. Let them drain and serve.
