Tumis Kangkung Cumi Asin
stir-fry of kangkung with salted squid

3 bunches kangkung
100g bean sprouts
100g cumi asin / salted squid
1 spring onion
3 shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 red chilies
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
50 ml of water
1 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the shallots and the garlic into thin slices, the chilies in oblique slices, the spring onion into pieces and the squid into small pieces.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots, garlic and chilies for 3 minutes. Add the squid and mix well. Then add the kangkung and the bean sprouts and fry until soft. Then add the salt, pepper, palm sugar and the water and mix well. Stir in the spring onions and serve.
