Sambal Cabe Rawit Aceh
spicy sambal of rawits from Aceh / Atjeh

200 gr green rawits / bird's eye chillies
100 g garlic
100 ml of water
100 g of palm sugar
100 ml light soya sauce (or 4 tbsp kecap manis + 3 tbsp water)
2 tablespoons of vinegar

Cara Membuat:
Pound or grind the rawits, garlic and water to a mass. Mix in the palm sugar, the soy sauce / kecap and the vinegar and bring to the boil. Then simmer slowly for 15 minutes. Serve.
