Sambal Cabe Ijo Padang

100g green chilies
4 shallots
1 tbsp lime juice
3 green tomatoes
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt
50g anchovy
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Steam the chilies until soft. Cut the tomatoes into thin strips. Pound or grind the chilies and shallots coarsely and mix the lime juice.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the chilies, shallots and lime juice for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes, salt and palm sugar and mix well. Add the anchovies and mix well. Let it simmer slowly until the tomatoes have been cooked and very tender.
