Tempe masak cabai gendot
fried tempe with gendot

300 gr tempe
6 shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp kecap manis
5 gendot peppers
1/2 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
100 ml of water
Cara membuat:
Cut the tempeh into 1cm cubes. Cut the garlic into thin slices and the peppers into strips. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the tempe golden brown and drain
Heat in a pan 1 tbsp oil and fry the shallots and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the gendot and fry them gently until soft. Then mix in the kecap and oyster sauce. Next, mix in the tempe, salt and palm sugar. Add the water and cook untill the moisture is absorbed.
