Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
3 milkfish (else 750 gr salmon)
2 sereh (lemongrass)
3 salam leaves
5 jeruk perut leaves (kaffir lime)
4 tbsp santen asli (thick coconut milk)
3 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
6 red lomboks
8 red shallots
4 cloves garlic
2 cm laos
3 cm kunyit
1 cm jahe
1 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Steam the fish en remove the meat. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu together with the sereh, the salam en the jeruk perut for 3 minutes. Add the fish and the santen, mix well and fry it slowly dry.
