Ayam Goreng Mentega Special

Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
1 chicken
oil
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
Bahan sauce:
Ingredients sauce:
2 tbsp butter
75 gr onion
2 tbsp worcester sauce
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp kecap asin
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chicken into 8 pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste and marinate the chicken with it. Slice the onion finely.
Heat in a pan sufficient oil and fry the chicken brown and cooked and set aside. Heat in a pan the butter and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Then add the worchester sauce, the kecaps, the salt and the lime juice and mix well. Then add the chicken and simmer gently until the chicken is fully coated.
