Strange. The same recipe appears here from 2015: pretty much word for word, I thought you stated that all your recipes are original and not taken from other blogs on the web?

Daging soun kuah kecap
braised beef with glass noodles and tahu

350g beef shank
1 tahu/tofu
1 salam leaf
11 shallots
1 tsp nutmeg
1 clove
2 cm cinnamon
5 tbsp kecap manis
4 tsp salt
1 tbsp palm sugar
3000 ml water
100g soun (glass noodles)
2 tablespoons oil
7 cloves garlic
6 kemiri nuts
1 tsp ketumbar
1/4 teaspoon jinten
2 tbsp Bawang Goreng

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into thin slices and crush it. Cut the shallots into thin slices and the tahu into 8 pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry it together with the shallots and the salam for 5 minutes. Add the meat and fry lightly brown. Add the tahu, nutmeg, clove, cinnamon, kecap, salt and palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and cook until done. Add the soun and sprinkle the bawang goreng on top. Stir and serve.
