Cumi Tumis Cabai Hijau
calamares with green peppers (sauce)

500 g of squid/calamares
4 cloves of garlic
2 green lomboks
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tbsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
100 ml of water
1 spring onion
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp oil

Cara Membuat:
Clean the squid and cut it in rings. chop the garlic finely, the lamboks into thick rings and spring onions finely.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Then add the squid and the lomboks and fry it for 1 minute. Then add the fish sauce, the kecap, the pepper and the palm sugar and mix well. Then add water, spring onion and sesame oil and stir until everything is cooked.
