Telur Kecap Cabai Kering
eggs in kecap/soy sauce with dried chillies

6 eggs, hard-boiled
3 shallots
3 cloves garlic
3 dried chillies
1 salam leaf
1 lemongrass
3 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tsp asemwater
300 ml of water
1 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
Slice the shallots and the garlic into thin slices, the chillies into strips and grate the lemon grass. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots, garlic, chillies, the salam and lemongrass for 3 minutes. Add the eggs and mix well. Then add the kecap, the salt and pepper and mix well. Then add the water and cook gently until soft. Spoon in the asemwater and let simmer briefly before serving.
