fried chicken livers with potato
250 gr chicken liver
250 chicken giblet
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
4 cloves garlic
5 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp bawang goreng (fried shallots)
Cut the livers, the giblets and the potato into cubes. Slice the garlic fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the potato golden brown and crispy. Let the potato pieces drain on kitchen paper.
Heat in a wok 3 tbsp oil. Add the garlic and fry it shortly. Add the livers and the giblets and fry them until done. Add the kecap, the salt, the pepper and the potato and let it simmer slowly until heated. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
