Semur Daging Buncis
stewed beef with green beans
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 g beef (shank)
200 gr green beans
5 green tomatoes
5 green lomboks
3 cm jahe/ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
7 tbsp kecap manis
3 nutmeg
1500ml water
3 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into 2 cm cubes. Cut the green beans into pieces. Finely chop the tomatoes and crush the jahe and nutmeg. Halve the lomboks. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the tomatoes, the lomboks and the jahe for 6 minutes. Then add the meat and fry until it changes color.
Then add the salt, pepper, kecap and nutmeg and mix well. Then add the water little by little over low heat until the meat is tender. Then add the beans and cook until done. serve.
