Sambal Goreng Pedas
spicy fried green beans
1000 gr green beans / snake/long beans
250 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
30 petai/peteh beans
12 red lomboks
2 tsp salt
Heat the water in a pan and cook the gizzards until done. Remove it from the pan and chop it finely. Cut the beans into pieces. Cut the petai into quarters. Cut the shallots into thin slices and the lomboks into thin strips.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots for 6 minutes. Then add the lomboks, the petai, the gizzards and the salt. Then mix in the beans.
Then add the stock and continue cooking until done and the liquid is absorbed. Serve.
