eggs cooked in spicy coconut milk sauce

12 eggs, hard-boiled
2 stalks lemongrass
3 salam leaves
5 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
250 ml coconut milk
250 ml water
3 shallots
7 red rawits
3 cloves garlic
3 cm jahe
3 cm laos
2 kemiri nuts
3 cm kunyit
1/2 tbsp salt
Cara membuat:
Heat enough oil in a pan and fry the peeled eggs golden brown and set aside. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the lemon grass into pieces.
Heat in a pan 3 tbsp oil and fry the paste with the lemongrass, the salam, the jeruk purut for 5 minutes. Add the coconut milk and water and bring to a boil. Add the eggs and let it simmer for 15 minutes until the sauce has thickened. Remove the leaves and serve.
