Sambal goreng ayam jantung kemangi
baked seasoned chicken hearts with potato

150 chicken hearts
200g potatoes, diced and fried
8 peteh beans
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 red chilies
2 green chilies
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp palm sugar
250 ml santen asli
2 tbsp asemwater
3 sprigs kemangi
1 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
Slice the shallots and the garlic into thin slices and the chilies into strips. Cut the peteh beans in half. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots, garlic and chilies for 2 minutes. Add the chicken and fry until brown. Add the potatoes and peteh. Then add the santen, the salt and palm sugar and gently boil the whole. Then mix in the asemwater and kemangi and serve.
