spicy fried slices of meat

Bahan-bahan:

500 gr beef
500 ml santen kental (thick coconut milk)
1 tsp palm sugar
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 cloves of garlic
4 shallots
4 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
1 tsp ketumbar, roasted
1/2 tsp peppercorns

2 tbsp bawang goreng

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into thin slices and flatten it. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the meat and coconut milk and mix well. Cook over low heat and covered until the meat is tender.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat until brown. Sprinkle over the bawang goreng and serve.
