stewed duck in red spicy sauce

1 duck (1200 gr)
1 teaspoon lime juice
7 jeruk purut leaves
2 serai/sereh/lemon grass, white part
2 cm jahe
1 tsp salt
800ml water
3 tbsp oil

7 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 kemiri/candlenuts
5 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
16 red rawits

Cara membuat:
Clean the duck and cut it into pieces. Rub the duck with the lime juice and let it rest for 15 minutes. Then rinse. Finely chop the jeruk purut. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the jeruk purut, the jahe and the serai for 6 minutes. Then add the duck and fry it until the meat changes color.
Then add the water and salt and cook until done and the sauce has thickened. Serve.
