Pork-cashew stir fry

100 gr pork
25 gr cashew nuts
1/4 red bell pepper
1 onion
3 baby corns
2 spring onions
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp kecap manis (light soy soauce)
1 tbsp nam pla (fish sauce
1/2 tsp palmsugar
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp papper
2 tbsp oil

Cut the meat into pieces. Cut the bell pepper, the onions. the spring onions and the baby corn into thick slices and the garlic fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic and the meat for 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and stir-fry for 1 minute.
