拍黄瓜 - cucumber salad
Ingredients:
2 cucumbers
1 small bunch of coriander
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of palm sugar
1/4 red bell pepper
1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon chilli oil
1 tablespoon of vinegar
3 cloves of garlic
Preparation:
Halve the cucumbers. Then flatten the cucumbers and cut into pieces. Put the cucumbers is a bowl and mix the salt through it. Leave for 10 minutes and then pour off the liquid.
Cut the pepper and the coriander into pieces and mix it with the other ingredients and the cucumber.
