beef in sauce

500 gr beef
1 lemongrass, crushed
300 ml santen cair (thin coconut milk)
3 shallots
2 cloves garlic
2 salam leaves
salt to taste
pepper to taste
3 cm laos (galangal), crushed

Cara membuat:
Slice the shallots and the garlic thin. Cut the meat in small chunks and mix this with the garlic, the shallots, the pepper and the salt and let it rest at least for 60 minutes. Heat in a wok the coconut milk and add the laos, the lemongrass and the salam. Then add the meat and let it simmer slowly until the meat is done.
