steamed fried chicken

Ingredients:
60 gr chicken breast
50 gr green aubergine
50 gr long beans
50 gr oyster mushroom
1 spring onion
2 tbsp red curry paste (see recipe)
4 cloves garlic
5 red rawits (chillies)
3 tbsp nam pla (fish sauce)
2 tbsp light soy sauce (kecap asin)
1/2 tbsp palmsugar
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
banana leaves
small wooden skewers

preperation/method:
Chop the garlic, the rawits, the spring onion, the long beans, the aubergine and the meat into small pieces. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the chicken for 2 minutes. Then add the garlic and fry this for 1 minute. Then add the remaining ingredients and stir-fry it for 1 minute. Take a piece of banana leave and add 2 tbsp on it and fold it like a parcel and close it with small skewers. Steam the parcels for 10-15 minutes.
