Daging Masak Kecap
beef in a light kecap sauce

350g beef (shank)
5 jeruk purut
1 tomato
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tsp palm sugar
500 ml of water
1 tbsp oil
2 cm laos
4 shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 red chilies
2 stalks lemongrass
Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into thin slices and the tomatoes finely. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the jeruk purut for 3 minutes. Add the meat and cook briefly. Then add the kecap, salt, pepper and the palm sugar and mix. Then add the water and let it simmer slowly until the meat is cooked.
