sautéed caisim and mushrooms
250 gr caisim / choisam, otherwise paksoy
100 gr jamur merang / rice-straw mushroom, otherwise mushrooms
4 cloves of garlic
1 red lombok
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/8 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp palm sugar
1 tbsp of water
1 tbsp of oil
Cut the caisim into pieces. Cut the mushrooms in half. Finely chop the garlic. Cut the lombok into oblique rings.
In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic for 2 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and fry until soft.
Then add the caisim and fry until soft/wilted. Then mix in the lombok, the oyster sauce, the salt and the pepper. Then add the water and fy, while stirring, until done. Serve
