fried wontons


Ingredients:
250 minced pork
2 cloves garlic
2 sprig coriander/cilantro
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp kecap manis (thick soy sauce)
25 wonton skins
250 ml oil

preparation/method:
Cop the garlic and the coriander fine. Mix it together with the minced meat, the pepper and the kecap. Fill the wonton with 1/2-1 tsp of the meat mixture and fold it diagonal. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the wontons golden brown and done. Serve the wontons with Nam Jim (see recipe)
