Balado Tempe Kunyit
spicy fragrant tempe

400 gr tempe
1 sereh/lemongrass
2 salam leaves
2 cm galangal
10 peteh beans
1 tomato
1 kunyit leaf
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
100 ml of water
5 shallots
5 garlic cloves
7 red chilies
1 tbsp petis
Cara membuat:
Cut the tempe into small strips. Heat in an oil pan and bake the tempe crispy and set aside.
Halve the peteh beans, cut the tomatoes into pieces, the kunyit leaf finely and grate the laos. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the bumbu with the salam, the galangal and lemongrass for 4 minutes. Add the peteh, tomato and kunyit and cook gently. Then add the salt, palm sugar and the tempeh and mix well. Then add the water and stir until the liquid has evaporated.
