Tempe Gembus Masak Leunca
fried tempe and leunca

300 gr tempe gembus
100 gr leunca
1 salam leaf
3 tbsp tauco
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
100 ml of water
2 tbsp oil

3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
5 red rawits
1/2 tomato

Cara membuat:
Cut the tempe into blocks. Cut the shallots, garlic, rawits and tomato into thin slices /
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots, the garlic, the rawits and the tomato for 3 minutes. Then add the tempe and the leunca and mix well.
Then add the tauco, the salt, the palm sugar and the water and cook / fry until the tempe is done. Serve.
