Sambal Muntilan
sambal of fried tempeh

100 gr tempeh
8 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
5 red rawits
1 tsp terasi / trasi
1/2 tbsp palm sugar
1/4 tsp ketumbar
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the rawits, the keriting, the trasi, the palmsugar, the ketumbar and the salt into a paste. Cut the tempe into small cubes.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pasta for 2 minutes. Then add the tempe and fry it until done. Then pound or grind it fine.
