indonesian waffles
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 tbsp yeast granules
150 ml warm water
400 gr flour
6 eggs
300 gr sugar
400 ml santen asli
1 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Cara membuat:
preparation/method:
Dissolve the ueast in the water and mix in 150 gr flour. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Mix in the remaining flour and knead it until a homogen dough is formed. Beat the eggs together with the sugar en mix it with the dough together with the santen, the butter, the salt and the vanilla. Let it rest for 3 hours. Heat a waffle mould and pour in the batter and bake it until its golden brown and done and serve.
