Tumis Sawi Putih
stir-fry of Chinese cabbage

350 gr Chinese cabbage
3 cloves of garlic
2 shallots
3 red rawits
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
50 ml water

Cara Membuat:
Cut the cabbage into pieces, garlic and shallots into slices and rawits into strips. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots, garlic and rawits for 3 minutes. Add the cabbage and mix well. Then add water, salt and oyster sauce and cook until done.
