Tumis Sawi Kembang Tahu
fried vegetables with tofu

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
250g caisim / choisam, otherwise paksoy
1 block tahu/tofu
3 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp salt
200 ml water
50g soun, soaked
1 tbsp oil
 
Cara membuat:
preparation
Cut the caisim coarse, the tahu into cubes, shallots and garlic into thin slices.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the caisim and tofu and stir well. Then add the fish sauce, salt and pepper followed by the water and mix well. Let it simmer slowly until everything is cooked. Spoon in the soun and let simmer for 1 minute and serve.
