watercress with sambalsauce
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients;
3 bunches of selada air / slim or white watercress
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
1 lime, juice
50 ml of water
5 tbsp oil
water
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 red lomboks
1 tsp trasi
4 cloves of garlic
3 shallots
3 cm kencur/bitterroot
1 tomato
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Heat the water in a pan and cook the watercress. Pour out and drain. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the salt and palm sugar and mix well. Then add water and bring to the boil. Stir in the lime juice and pour the sauce over the watercress.
