Pokcoy Belacan
stir-fry of seasoned paksoy

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr pokcoy / paksoy
50 gr bean sprouts
2 salam leaf
2 cm lengkuas / laos
100 ml chicken broth
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 eetl oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 red lomboks
2 shallots
2 carrots of garlic
1/2 tsp terasi medan / belacan

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the poksoy into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a coarse paste.
Heat oil and fry the bumbu with the salam and the laos for 4 minutes. Then add the poksoy and the bean sprouts and fry until soft. Then add the salt, the palmsugar and the broth and mix well and cook until done.
