chayote stir-fry with peppers
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
2 labu siam / chayote
3 cm laos
2 salam leaves
2 tomatoes
4 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
5 green lomboks
5 red lomboks
150 ml of water
1 tsp salt
2 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp oil
Cara Membuat:

Cut the chayote julliene, the lomboks into thin strips and the tomato finely. Cut the shallots into thin slices and the garlic finely.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry de laos, the salam, the lomboks, the shallots, the garlic and the tomatoes for 3 minutes. Add the chayote and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the water, the salt and the palm sugar and bring to the boil. Then cover the pan and simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
