Tumis Sayur Kuah Kecap
Stir fry of vegetables with sausage and kecap
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
150 gr cauliflower
50 gr baby corn
100 g of carrot
2 sosis sapi (beef sausages, see recipe)
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 cm jahe
3 tbsp saus tomat (see recipe)
2 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
150 ml of water
1 sprig of celery
2 tbsp oil
Cara Membuat:
preparation;
Cut the cauliflower into small roses, the carrot into slices and halve the baby corn. Cut the sausages into pieces of 1 cm. Chop the garlic, onion and celery fine.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the onion, garlic and jahe for 2 minutes. Then add the cauliflower, the sausages and the carrot and fry until soft. Then add the sausage and mix well. Then add the saus tomat, kecap, salt, pepper, nutmeg and water and mix well and cook until done. Then mix in the celery and serve.
